The project replaces a 1950s era grocery store with a new Living Building Pilot Project store with 6 levels of residential above, and housing for approximately 135 units. The project is currently going through Design Review and Entitlement.

My role in the project began in researching and advocating for the Living Building Pilot Project, working on the design team in initial concept massing, EDG Packets and community engagement, and developed into project managing, consultant management and heading Land Use Permit Correction Responses, while continuing to be an active member of the design team and furthering construction documentation.

Worked as primary production personnel and Project Manager for core Bumgardner team on high-end single family home in Magnolia, throughout key steps: concept design through initial Building Permit submittal. Spearheading initiatives like client meetings, floor plan development, consultant coordination, product research, detailing and building permit preparation.
